You’re carrying a heavy load supporting your loved one navigating a crisis, hospitalization, or a chronic mental illness. You’ve been so focused on caring and advocating for them that you have not been able to care for yourself or maintain healthy boundaries on how much bandwidth you have. It feels lonely and helpless at times when there are so many barriers to getting adequate care for your loved one. I can help you and your family lift the weight and feel supported and prioritized again.
